Kim Akia is an actress, screenwriter, and producer from New Jersey. Kim Akia has worked on award-winning films & TV pilots and has appeared as a principal actor in numerous television commercials & Industrials for brands: IBM, Oreo Thins, Microsoft, Pfizer, Honeywell, Sesame Street, The Home Depot, Lyft, Harlequin Romance Novels, Goldman Sachs, New Jersey Lottery and more... She was also a recurring principal promo actor for CBS's Good Morning America, appearing in their promos for Keurig Latte and Air Wick. She landed her first co-star role on ABC's Primetime hit show, "Blue Bloods" in season 9 and has done voice-overs work for IBM, Harlequin Romance Novels, The Home Depot, and more. Kim Akia is also a screenwriter. Most recently she was a writer for Etre Productions writer's room in Atlanta, Georgia. Within the writers' room, she co-wrote commercials, reality TV shows, short films, and a scripted television series. Kim Akia wrote and produced her first short film, “ALIENated” in 2018 and currently has a few short films in development. Before becoming a full-time actor, Kim Akia worked at Talent Partners, Media Services, and Talent Solutions as a Commercial and Feature Films Paymaster. While there, she became very knowledgeable in reading and interpreting SAG-AFTRA Commercial and TV Contracts. Kim Akia started BOOK that Commercial, LLC to assist actors in auditioning and booking advertising commercials. She is repped commercially by The People Store in the Southeast.

Lamar K. Cheston

Lamar was accepted into Hofstra University. He actively pursued artistic endeavors while taking up Accounting as a major, which was very short lived. This was not fulfilling, which prompted him to change his major to Drama. Upon doing so, Lamar was given the opportunity to be seen in The Great White Hope, A Raisin in the Sun, Macbeth, and various other plays and student films. Life after Hofstra has been good to Lamar, and blessings continue to come his way. He was a part of the national gospel sensation "Judacamp," under the direction Grammy Award Winner Jules Bartholomew, and traveled the world with the national step team of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. (NYC A-Team). His stage resume is vast, and ranges from classical theatre (Romeo and Juliet, Much Ado About Nothing, Comedy of Errors, Henry V, Oedipus), to regional theatre (The Music Man, Pipeline, One Night in Miami), and the NAACP Award winning Play Black Angels over Tuskegee he can currently be seen Off-Broadway in the NAACP Award winning play Black Angels over Tuskegee. Presently Lamar can be seen recurring as "Lamar Rockwell," on EPIX's Godfather of Harlem. He will also be featured on the upcoming season of Law and Order: Organized Crime recurring as "Lance 'Red Bull' Flowers."

Brandon Reece

Brandon received his master’s degree in Acting from the Royal Central School of Speech & Drama in London and then relocated to Los Angeles to further his acting career. After more than a decade’s worth of training and experience in LA, he made the move to Atlanta where he is thrilled to be joining The Actor’s Playground. He is also a headshot photographer and recently published his first book: “The Headshot Book: An Actor’s Essential Guide to Taking the Perfect Headshot”. His goal is to empower actors to find their essence, embrace their differences, and teach them that auditioning is a skill in and of itself.

An Award-Winning Actress/Filmmaker & Proud member of SAG-Aftra, Chantal has booked over 15 Network Television Shows. From recurring as Officer Williams on BLUE BLOODS (CBS) to Guest Starring on QUEEN SUGAR (OWN) as Dr. Katrina Randal & TEENAGE BOUNTY HUNTERS (NETFLIX) as Cherry Grigio to Co-Starring on various shows like PVALLEY, QUANTICO & THE BLACKLIST, Chantal has experience working on a vast array of Television Productions. Some of her film credits include BET's Christmas Deja Vu, starring Loretta Devine & Amber Riley (2021), Hallmark's Last Vermont Christmas and BET's Holiday Heartbreak starring LisaRaye McCoy & Comedian Kountry Wayne. Chantal has a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre and completed Conservatory training at New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts. Chantal is also the Founder of Co-Star Coaching- An exclusive Resource Hub that provides 1 on 1 Audition Coaching, Career Consultations and Self Tape Services for Actors.

Jarrett Michael Collins

Jarrett Michael Collins, Coach, Writer, Actor and Director, started his Journey acting on stage in 2013. Taking a leap of Faith, he moved from a smaller city to the growing Mecca, Atlanta Ga in 2014. With Full resolve, Jarrett started professionally training in 2015, making his first television appearance on “The Quad” in 2017, on BET. Since, Jarrett has done over 25 major network tv shows, feature films and commercials, and several short film projects. One of his proudest moments in his Career is Coaching at The Booking Room ATL, which he is also one of the co founders of the class. Continuing to make strides throughout the industry, Jarrett hopes to bring his eclectic energy, big imagination and intense passion to Coaching and whatever artistic medium he desires to pursue.
